For overseas Pakistanis
You’re abroad. Your house is in Okara. We handle it properly.
You should not have to trouble your family every week to check on a carpenter. You should not have to send money and hope. We do the work, we show you every step, and you watch it happen — from Dubai, Manchester, Jeddah, or Toronto.
You know how it usually goes.
You send the money from abroad. Then it begins.
- A cousin has to keep driving over to check on it.
- The carpenter answers the phone some days, not others.
- No photos come, so you cannot see anything for yourself.
- The shop quotes you one price and your family another.
- One month of work quietly turns into three.
- And when you finally fly home, it is not what you asked for.
It does not have to be like this. Being far away should not mean being in the dark.
How we work with clients abroad
One person responsible
You deal with Awais directly, on the same WhatsApp number, from start to finish. Not a call centre. Not a different person every time you ring.
You approve the design before we start
You see a drawing and a price in writing. Nothing is cut until you say yes — from wherever you are.
Dated photos every week, on a private link
Every week, dated photos of your job on a private tracking link that is only for you. Cut, assembled, polished, fitted. You watch it happen. This is the whole reason AyFa exists.
Material with nothing hidden
You see the material list and the actual receipt. You pay the supplier. We take no commission from anyone — so there is no reason to hide a number from you.
You release each payment against photos
You pay in stages, and you release each stage against photos you have already seen. You are never paying for work you cannot see.
Two-year warranty — and we are still in Okara
Two years on our workmanship. And we are not going anywhere: we are at the Grain Market in Okara, the same as before.
“You watch your own house being built, from another country. That is the whole idea.”
Your family doesn’t become the site manager
No weekly visits. No chasing the carpenter. No standing over the work on your behalf.
Your family opens the door twice — once on measurement day, and once on install day. That is all we ask of them.
Who we are
We are based in Okara — not managing your job from somewhere else. Awais Rana was born here and lives here, and runs the work himself.
Naveed Ahmad has been making furniture since 2004 — more than 100 homes in and around Okara.
We are not a middleman passing your job to someone else. The people you talk to are the people doing the work.
Send us a picture — and the address in Okara.
We will call you the same day, wherever you are.
